Mooli paratha recipe


Ready to cook Mooli ka paratha....






Ingredients required: 
  • Wheat Flour
  • Raddish
  • Onion(4-5 medium size)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cumin
  • Carom Seeds
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Green Chili(1-2)

आवश्यक सामग्री

  • गेहूं का आटा
  • अजवायन
  • मूली
  • प्याज (4-5 मध्यम आकार)
  • लहसुन
  • अदरक
  • जीरा 
  • नमक
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • हरी मिर्च (1-2)

Steps To Cook:
  • Cut Onion ( प्याज  ), Garlic ( लहसुन ), Ginger ( अदरक ) into very small pieces.
  • Chop Raddish( मूली ) in a chopper.
  • Now take some oil in a pan,and add chopped raddish ( मूली ) into it and fry it for some time.
  • Add Salt ( नमक ), Cumin ( जीरा ), Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ), Green Chili ( हरी मिर्च ), Carom seeds ( अजवायन ),  with Chopped Raddish( मूली )  and mix it again.
  • Now make a dough out of Flour ( गेहूं का आटा ).
  • After you have made it,take small piece of it and make cup like structure out of it.
  • Now fill that cup like structure with the above stuffs that you prepared.
  • Seal(close) the open portion. 
  • Now flatten it slowly and make it 3 to 4 cm in diameter.
  • Heat Tawa and put some oil to it and spread it all over the tawa.
  • Put this flattened dough on tawa. Heat on one side and then overturn it.
  • Put oil on both sides and heat it again for some time.


Note: After chopping radish squeeze it to remove water from it.

Cooking time : 15 minute

Best to serve with : 

Tip for the recipe: You may add asafoetida (हींग) to make it digestive.

Gobhi ka paratha recipe



Ready to cook Gobhi ka paratha....







Ingredients required: 
  • Wheat Flour
  • Cauliflower(1 piece)
  • Onion(4-5 medium size)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Green Chili(1-2)

आवश्यक सामग्री

  • गेहूं का आटा
  • फूलगोभी
  • प्याज (4-5 मध्यम आकार)
  • लहसुन
  • अदरक
  • जीरा
  • नमक
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • हरी मिर्च (1-2)

Steps To Cook:
  • Cut Onion ( प्याज  ), Garlic ( लहसुन ), Ginger ( अदरक ) into very small pieces.
  • Cut Cauliflower ( फूलगोभी ) into small pieces.
  • Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes in an open steel-bowl to remove its odour.(do not overboil it.)
  • Now take some oil in a pan,add boiled Cauliflower ( फूलगोभी ) into it and fry it for some time.
  • Add Salt ( नमक ), Cumin ( जीरा ), Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ), Green Chili ( हरी मिर्च ) to  boiled Cauliflower ( फूलगोभी ) and mix it again.
  • Now make a dough out of Flour ( गेहूं का आटा ).
  • After you have made it,take small piece of it and make cup like structure out of it.
  • Now fill that cup like structure with the above stuffs that you prepared.
  • Seal(close) the open portion.

  • Wheat Flour
  • Onion(4-5 medium size)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cumin

  • Potato(2-3 medium size)
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Green Chili(1-2)

  • गेहूं का आटा
  • प्याज (4-5 मध्यम आकार)
  • लहसुन

  • आलू (2-3 मध्यम आकार)
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर

  • Boil Potato ( आलू  ) for some time.
  • Take it out of water,and peel its skin and mash it thoroughly.
  • Cut Onion ( प्याज  ), Garlic ( लहसुन ), Ginger ( अदरक ) into very small pieces.
  • Add Salt ( नमक ), Cumin ( जीरा ), Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ), Green Chili ( हरी मिर्च ) to it and mix it again.
  • Now make a dough out of Flour ( गेहूं का आटा ).

Egg Curry Recipe

Ready to cook Egg(Anda) curry....






Ingredients required: 
  • Oil (5 tbsp)
  • Egg (4 piece)
  • Tejpatta(1 Leaf)
  • Onion (4-5 of medium size)
  • Garam Masala (1 tbsp)
  • Coriander Powder (50 gm)
  • Tomato (2-3 of medium size)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric (1 tbsp)
  • Red chili Powder (1 tbsp)
  • Chicken Masala(optional)
आवश्यक सामग्री

  • तेल (5 बड़े चम्मच)
  • अंडा (4 टुकड़ा)
  • Tejpatta (पत्ता 1)
  • प्याज (मध्यम आकार के 4-5)
  • गरम मसाला (1 चम्मच)
  • धनिया  पाउडर   (1 चम्मच)
  • टमाटर (2 मध्यम आकार)
  • हल्दी पाउडर (1 चम्मच)
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर (1/2-1 tbsp)
  • स्वाद के अनुसार नमक
  • चिकन मसाला (वैकल्पिक)

Steps To Cook:
  • Step1 : Put some oil  ( तेल ) in frying pan.
  • Step2 : Cut Onion ( प्याज  ) vertically and fry it in the frying pan until it is light brown in color.
  • Step3 : Add Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ),  Coriander powder ( धनिया  पाउडर ), salt ( नमक ), Turmeric ( हल्दी पाउडर ), red chili powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) to the light brown onion in the pan.
  • Step4 : Fry it for some time.
  • Step5 : Add one chopped tomato ( टमाटर  )  and matar ( मटर ) to it.
  • Step6 : Now Boil 4 eggs for some time.
  • Step7 : When it is boiled,peel the cover out of it.
  • Step8: Now add 5-6(oil should be enough to deep fry it) tbsp of oil into another frying pan,and deep fry it until it is light brown in color.
  • Step9 : Now,looking into the Spices(Masala) that we were preparing earlier,add some water to it and allow it to boil for some time to make gravy.
  • Step 10:Finally add 4 fried eggs into the gravy that you prepared.
  • Step 11 : For garnishing add  Coriander ( धनिया पत्ता ).
Note:Before you add eggs to gravy pierce it with a fork or so,so that the gravy is fully absorbed into it.

Cooking time : 30 minute

Best to serve with : 
Egg Curry Recipe is famous all over India and is best served with Veg Pulao.

Tip for the recipe: Using Bay Leaf(tejpatta) to any Non-Veg recipe,increases taste to a greater extent.

  • Kheera(1 piece)
  • Dahi(200gm)
  • Lal Mirch Powder
  • Salt
  • Kala Namak
  • Hari mirch
  • Jeera
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chaat Masala


Steps To Cook:

  • Step1>Add some water to Dahi and mix it well.
  • Step2>Cut Kheera,Onion,Tomato into very small pieces.
  • Step3>Heat frying pan for some time and then fry Jeera(not powdered) without oil until its black in color.
  • Step4>Now make a dry powderout of that fried jeera.
  • Step5>Finally add cut Kheera,Onion and Tomato to it,also add salt to taste
  • Step6>You can also add Chaat Masala,if you like its taste.

Channa Daal fry recipe


Ready to cook Channa daal fry.......





Ingredients Required:

  • Chana daal (250gm)
  • Ginger (50 gm)
  • Turmeric powder (1 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili Powder  (1/2-1 tbsp)
  • Green chilli  (4-5 pieces)
  • Coriander  (50 gm)
  • Cumin  (1 tbsp)
  • Onion (2 medium size)
  • Oil (Mustard Oil)
  • Tomato (2 medium size)


आवश्यक सामग्री :
  • चना दाल  (250  ग्राम )
  • अदरक  (50 ग्राम)
  • हल्दी पाउडर (1 चम्मच)
  • स्वाद के अनुसार नमक
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर (1/2-1 tbsp)
  • हरी मिर्च (4-5 टुकड़े)
  • धनिया पत्ता (50 ग्राम)
  • जीरा (1 चम्मच)
  • प्याज (2 मध्यम आकार)
  • लहसुन
  • तेल (सरसों का तेल)
  • टमाटर (2 मध्यम आकार)

Steps To Cook:


  • Step1 : Soak Chana daal ( चना दाल  ) for about 3,4 hours in water.
  • Step2 : Now pressure-cook it for some time.
  • Step3 : Now add Oil to the frying pan, and add cut Green chilies ( हरी मिर्च ), Cumin ( जीरा ) to it.
  • Step4 :Cut Onion ( प्याज  ), Tomato ( टमाटर ) , Ginger ( अदरक  ), Garlic and Dhaniya Patta finely and firstly add Onion to the frying pan.
  • Step5 :When the onion  ( प्याज  )  is light brown in color, add Tomato  ( टमाटर )  to it and allow it to fry for some time.
  • Step6 : Now add chopped Garlic (लहसुन), Ginger ( अदरक  )  to it.
  • Step7 : Finally when all is fully fried, add pressure-cooked daal to it,
  • Step8 : At last add salt ( स्वाद के अनुसार नमक ), and Turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ) to it.
  • Step9 : For garnishing add  Coriander ( धनिया पत्ता )  to it.

Cooking time : 20 to 30 minute

Best to serve with :

Ingredients Required:
  • Tomato (5 pieces medium size) 
  • Refined Oil 2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida 1tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili  Powder 1tbsp
  • Cumin 1tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2 0r 3

आवश्यक सामग्री :

  • टमाटर (5 टुकड़े मध्यम आकार)
  • तेल (रिफाइंड तेल 2 चम्मच)
  • हींग   1 चम्मच
  • चीनी   3 चम्मच
  • स्वाद के अनुसार नमक
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर   1 चम्मच
  • जीरा   1 चम्मच
  • तेज पत्ता 2



Steps To Cook:

  • Step1 : Take 2  table spoon oil ( तेल ) in a frying pan.
  • Step2 : Cut or chop tomato ( टमाटर ) into very small pieces.
  • Step3 : Add  Cumin ( जीरा ) , Bay leaves (तेज पत्ता)  and  Asafoetida ( हींग )  to oil.
  • Step4 : Now add chopped tomato  ( टमाटर )   into the pan and cook it for some time until the tomatoes  ( टमाटर )  are cooked. 
  • Step5 : Now add little Salt (  नमक )  to it and also  Red Chili  Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
  • Step6 : Finally when tomato  ( टमाटर )  is fully cooked add 100 gm of sugar ( चीनी ) to it.


Cooking time : 20 minutes 


Best to serve with :

All types of paratha, like aalu, pyaaj, gobhi paratha, as the sweet taste of this chutney is gives a perfect combinatin with spicy paratha.


Tip for the recipe: 

You can make it spicy by adding garlic (लहसुन) in place of sugar. this gives you a different taste.

How to cook Dahi Vada (Bhalla)?


Ready to cook Dahi Vada (Bhalla).......


Ingredients Required:

  • Urad daal (250gm)
  • Ginger
  • Haldi
  • Salt
  • Hing
  • Imli
  • Dahi(Curd)
  • Jeera
  • Lal Mirch Powder
  • Oil


Steps To Cook:

  • Step1>Soak Urad daal for about 3,4 hours in water.
  • Step2>Now grind Urad daal in a mixer for 5 min.See that you add half cup of water while grinding it.
  • Step3>Take out the paste and keep it in a bowl.Add salt,ginger paste,Hing to it.
  • Step4>Now take hal cup of oil and pour it in a frying pan so that you can easliy fry.
  • Step5>Make rounded balls out of the paste you prepared and deep fry the balls until it is light brown in color.
  • Step6>Repeat step5 for as many balls you want to make.
  • Step7>Now when your fried balls are ready keep them aside for 1 hour.
  • Step8>Now take warm water and put all the balls into it to remove extra oil.
  • Step9>Quickly dry all the oil and water from the soaked balls and start keeping them in a separate plate.
  • Step10>Now,pur these balls into the curd.
  • Step11>Finally when you want to serve it,Add Lal mirch powder,imli chatni and jeera powder to it.

Matar Paneer. Indian vegetarian recipe.

Ready to cook Matar Paneer....




Ingredients required: 
  • Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Matar (200gm)
  • cheese (200gm)
  • Onion (4-5 of medium size)
  • Garam Masala (1 tbsp)
  • Coriander Powder (50 gm)
  • Tomato (2-3 of medium size)
  • Salt to taste
  • turmeric (1 tbsp)
  • Red chili Powder (1 tbsp)
  • Milk Cream to garnish
आवश्यक सामग्री

  • तेल ( 2 चम्मच )
  • मटर  (200 ग्राम)
  • पनीर (200 ग्राम)
  • प्याज (4-5 मध्यम आकार)
  • गरम मसाला (1 चम्मच)
  • धनिया  पाउडर   (1 चम्मच)
  • टमाटर (2 मध्यम आकार)
  • हल्दी पाउडर (1 चम्मच)
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर (1/2-1 tbsp)
  • स्वाद के अनुसार नमक

Steps To Cook:
  • Step1 : Put some oil  ( तेल ) in frying pan.
  • Step2 : Cut Onion ( प्याज  ) vertically and fry it in the frying pan until it is light brown in color.
  • Step3 : Add Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ),  Coriander powder ( धनिया  पाउडर ), salt ( नमक ), Turmeric ( हल्दी पाउडर ), red chili powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) to the light brown onion in the pan.
  • Step4 : Fry it for some time.
  • Step5 : Add one chopped tomato ( टमाटर  )  and matar ( मटर ) to it.
  • Step6 : Now add some oil to another frying pan and fry the sqaure cut cheese ( पनीर  ) into it.Take very little oil for frying  cheese ( पनीर  ) .
  • Step7 : Fry it until it is light brown in color.
  • Step8: Now add some water to the gravy you were preparing.
  • Step9 : Lastly add  cheese ( पनीर  ) to your gravy.
  • Step 10 : For garnishing add  Coriander ( धनिया पत्ता ) and milk cream to it.


Cooking time : 30 minute

Best to serve with : 
Matar paneer recipe is famously known as a punjabi recipe. matar paneer can be served with naan, chapati, rice etc. Its an evergreen recipe and mostly used in functions.
  
Tip for the recipe: Using you can give your matar paneer a different taste by adding some curd (दही). You can either chopped tomato to make tomato puree or can use tomato in small pieces. Use tomato puree to give extra taste to your recipe.
