Ready to cook Mix Veg....
Ingrediens Required:
- Cauliflower
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Paneer
- Onion
- Beans
- Tomatoes
- Salt
- Haldi
- Garam Masala
- Garlic Paste
- Ginger Paste
- Tomato sauce(optional)
Steps to Cook:
- Cut all The seasonal vegetables you have i.e
- Cauliflower, Carrot, Capsicum, Paneer, Onion,Beans,Tomatoes in a vertical manner.
- Now Put some oil in a frying pan.
- Fry onions first,then add carrot and beans.
- Theron Cauliflower,Capsicum.and add some salt to it.
- Finally add Paneer and fry it for some time.
- Now take a paste of garlic and ginger, add it to garam masala,and pour this mixture in to the fried vegetables on stove.
- If you like the sweet nd sour taste of tomato sauce you can add it.

Haldi=Turmeric powder
Garam Masala is a mixture of Cumin Seeds,Cloves,Cinnamom.All these are grinded to together to form a powder.
