How to Cook Aloo Dum?


Ready to Cook Aloo Dum





Ingredients Required:
  • Potato
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Garam Masala
  • Daal chini
  • Tejpatta
  • Jeera 
  • Haldi
  • Lal Mirch powder
  • Dhaniya patta
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Oil


Steps to Cook
  • Boil Potato for some time,until they are fully boiled.
  • Peel out the cover out of the potato
  • Take some oil into the frying pan,and deep fry potatoes until the potatoes are light brown in color.
  • After it is done,keep the aside.
  • Now take oil in another frying pan,add some jeera,tejpatta,to it.
  • Thereon add cut onion into it,and fry it until it is light brown in color.
  • Now add garam masala,garlic paste,ginger paste,tomato,lal mirch powder to it.
  • Fry it for some time,now add water to it to make gravy.
  • Finally add Fried potatoes to it and cook for 5 min.



Delicious Aloo Dum is ready.......
