Ready to Cook Aloo Dum
Ingredients Required:
- Potato
- Salt
- Onion
- Garam Masala
- Daal chini
- Tejpatta
- Jeera
- Haldi
- Lal Mirch powder
- Dhaniya patta
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Oil
Steps to Cook
- Boil Potato for some time,until they are fully boiled.
- Peel out the cover out of the potato
- Take some oil into the frying pan,and deep fry potatoes until the potatoes are light brown in color.
- After it is done,keep the aside.
- Now take oil in another frying pan,add some jeera,tejpatta,to it.
- Thereon add cut onion into it,and fry it until it is light brown in color.
- Now add garam masala,garlic paste,ginger paste,tomato,lal mirch powder to it.
- Fry it for some time,now add water to it to make gravy.
- Finally add Fried potatoes to it and cook for 5 min.
Delicious Aloo Dum is ready.......
