How to cook Rajma ?

Ready to cook "Rajma..."

Ingredients required:

  • Rajma
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Haldi
  • Lal Mirch Powder
  • Tejpatta
  • Garlic Paste
  • Ginger Paste
  • Onion Paste
  • Tomatoes
  • Daalchini

Steps To Follow:

  •   Soak Rajma Overnight.
  •   Boil Rajma in a pressure cooker for 10 min.
  •   Take Oil in a Fry Pan,add some  Cumin seeds and  1 Tejpatta into it.
  •   Then add Onion Paste into it a fry it until the paste is light brown.
  •   Make a paste of garam masala,garlic paste,ginger paste,dhaniya powder,lal mirch       powder and haldi.
  •   Add this paste to your frying pan along with the onion which is now light brown.
  •   Fry it until the whole paste becomes dark brown in color.
  •   Now add some tomato puri into that paste and thereon add salt to taste.
  •   Now add Rajma into your mixture and fry it for few min.
  •   Then add water and let it boil for 15 min until the rajma is fully prepared.

You are ready with your delicious Rajma.....
