How to cook dry paneer shimla mirch?


Ready to cook dry paneer shimla mirch......




Ingredients Required:

  • Paneer(200gm)
  • Capsicum(2 pieces)
  • Onion(4 big ones)
  • Haldi Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps to cook:

  • Cut paneer into very small pieces.
  • Cut Capsicum and Onion in a vertical manner.
  • Add Some oil in a frying pan and fry Onion for 10 min.
  • Now add Capsicum to it and fry it for some time.
  • Finally add paneer, Salt, haldi powder to it and fry it again for some time.
  • Remember while making this dish,Onion should always be in a greater quantity to grab the taste to extreme.

Delicious with real taste of capsicum and paneer is ready...
