Ready to cook Veg Pulao?
Ingredients Required:
- Basmati Rice
- Salt
- Ghee
- Oil
- Carrot
- Beans
- Peas
- Jeera
- Laung
Steps to cook:
- Boil Basmati Rice and keep it aside.
- Take some oil in a frying pan and fry the cut vegetable,i.e Carrot,Beans,Peas.
- Now take some ghee in another frying pan and add laung to it.
- Now fry the boiled Rice to it for some time.
- Finally put some ghee into a pressure cooker and add the fried Rice and fried vegetables to it.
- Put some water into it and put the lid of teh cooker and cook it for 7-8 min.
Delicious Veg Pulao Is ready......
