How to cook Veg Pulao?


Ready to cook Veg Pulao?






Ingredients Required:

  • Basmati Rice
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Oil
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Peas
  • Jeera
  • Laung



Steps to cook:

  • Boil Basmati Rice and keep it aside.
  • Take some oil in a frying pan and fry the cut vegetable,i.e Carrot,Beans,Peas.
  • Now take some ghee in another frying pan and add laung to it.
  • Now fry the boiled Rice to it for some time.
  • Finally put some ghee into a pressure cooker and add the fried Rice and fried vegetables to it.
  • Put some water into it and put the lid of teh cooker and cook it for 7-8 min.



Delicious Veg Pulao Is ready......
