How To cook Urad kachori?

Ready To cook Urad kachori?

Ingredients Required:

  • Maida
  • carom seeds(Ajwain)
  • Mangrail
  • Salt
  • Urad daal
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
  • Ginger Paste
Steps to Cook

  • Make a dough out of maida,while making it add some oil to it(approx 6 big spoon).Also add 1 spoon salt to it.
  • Soak Urad daal for some time.
  • Take some oil in a frying pan.
  • Drain urad,and now add urad daal into the frying pan.
  • Fry it for some time.
  • Now add Salt,Ginger paste and garam masala to it.
  • Fry it again until the mixture is light brown in color.
  • Now make  small balls out of dough that you made,and fill small amount of the mixture of urad daal into the balls.
  • Make 3,4 balls in the same manner.
  • Now take oil in another frying pan,and deep fry it the balls in low flame until the balls are light brown in color.

Delicious Urad ki kachori is ready.......
