How to Cook Boondi Raita?



Ready to cook Boondi Raita.......







Ingredients Required:

  • Boondi (50 gm)
  • Dahi(200gm)
  • Lal Mirch Powder
  • Salt
  • Kala Namak
  • Sugar(Optional)
  • Hari mirch
  • Dhaniya Patta
  • Jeera
  • Chaat Masala


Steps To Cook:

  • Step1>Add some water to Dahi and mix it well.
  • Step2>Soak Boondi into Dahi for some time.
  • Step3>Heat frying pan for some time and then fry Jeera(not powdered) without oil until its black in color.
  • Step4>Now make a dry powder out of that fried jeera.
  • Step5>Finally add Jeera Powder that you prepared above,Lal Mirch Powder,also add salt to taste
  • Step6>You can also add Chaat Masala,if you like its taste.
  • Step7>Use Dhaniya Patta for Garnishing.
