Ready to cook Boondi Raita.......
Ingredients Required:
- Boondi (50 gm)
- Dahi(200gm)
- Lal Mirch Powder
- Salt
- Kala Namak
- Sugar(Optional)
- Hari mirch
- Dhaniya Patta
- Jeera
- Chaat Masala
Steps To Cook:
- Step1>Add some water to Dahi and mix it well.
- Step2>Soak Boondi into Dahi for some time.
- Step3>Heat frying pan for some time and then fry Jeera(not powdered) without oil until its black in color.
- Step4>Now make a dry powder out of that fried jeera.
- Step5>Finally add Jeera Powder that you prepared above,Lal Mirch Powder,also add salt to taste
- Step6>You can also add Chaat Masala,if you like its taste.
- Step7>Use Dhaniya Patta for Garnishing.
