Ready to cook Sambhar....
Ingrediens Required:
- Arhar Daal
- Pumpkin(Lauki)
- Salt
- Potato
- Jeera
- Beans
- Onion(optional)
- Salt
- Haldi
- Garam Masala
- Sambhar Masala
- Kari Patta
- Jeera Powder
- Imli Paste
- Black Sarso or Rai
Steps to Cook:
- Cut all The seasonal vegetables you have i.e Pumpkin,Potato,Beans,Onion in a square manner.
- Now Cook Arhar Daal and all seasonal vegtables in a pressure cooker for 10-15 min by adding salt and Haldi to it.
- After Daal is boiled,keep it aside.
- Theron make paste of Imli or you can buy from market even.
- Now you have to prepare Tadka for your Sambhar,so take oil in a frying pan.If you have Coconut oil,then its best.
- Add Black Sarso to it firstly,then add kari patta to it and fry it for just 1 min or so.
- Now open your pressure cooker and add the tadka that you just prepared into the pressure cooker.
- Finally add Imli paste and Sambhar Masala to it.
Delicious Sambhar is ready...
