Ready to cook Tamatar Ki Chutney....
Ingredients Required:
- Tomato (5 pieces medium size)
- Refined Oil 2 tbsp
- Asafoetida 1tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
- Cumin 1tbsp
- Bay leaves 2 0r 3
आवश्यक सामग्री :
- टमाटर (5 टुकड़े मध्यम आकार)
- तेल (रिफाइंड तेल 2 चम्मच)
- हींग 1 चम्मच
- चीनी 3 चम्मच
- स्वाद के अनुसार नमक
- लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 चम्मच
- जीरा 1 चम्मच
- तेज पत्ता 2
Steps To Cook:
- Step1 : Take 2 table spoon oil ( तेल ) in a frying pan.
- Step2 : Cut or chop tomato ( टमाटर ) into very small pieces.
- Step3 : Add Cumin ( जीरा ) , Bay leaves (तेज पत्ता) and Asafoetida ( हींग ) to oil.
- Step4 : Now add chopped tomato ( टमाटर ) into the pan and cook it for some time until the tomatoes ( टमाटर ) are cooked.
- Step5 : Now add little Salt ( नमक ) to it and also Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ).
- Step6 : Finally when tomato ( टमाटर ) is fully cooked add 100 gm of sugar ( चीनी ) to it.
