How to Cook Bread Mithai?



Ready to Cook Bread Mithai.....





Ingredients Required:



  • Bread
  • Sugar
  • Oil



Steps To Cook:

  • Put some Oil in a frying pan.
  • Cut bread in a triangular manner.
  • Now deep fry the cut bread until the bread is dark brown in color(color similar to that of gulab jamun). 
  • Make chashni out of sugar.
  • Now finally add bread into that chashni,remember add these breads into the chashni when it is hot.



Delicious Bread Mithai is ready...

How to cook Gobi ki kheer?


Ready to cook "Gobi ki Kheer..."






Ingredients Required:

  • Milk (1 1/2kg)
  • Cauliflower( 1 fool gobhi)
  • Khoya (50g)
  • Sugar (6big Spoon)
  • Choti Elaichi (3 pieces)
  • Oil

Steps to follow:

  • Boil milk for 20 min.
  • Cut Cauliflower into very small pieces, ,only use flower portion of the vegetable.
  • Boil the cut flower adding some water to it for 5 min.
  • Now drain water out of the flower.
  • Now add some oil into your frying pan and fry the Cauliflower in the pan until its light brown for about 7-10 min.
  • Now add the fried cauliflower in the milk which you boiled for 20 min.
  • Thereon, add Khoya and Choti Elaichi for fragrance and stir the mixture for 10 min on stove.
  • Just before you are about to Complete, add Sugar to your taste and stop heating.

You are ready with Delicious Gobi ki Kheer.





How to Cook Gajar Ka Halwa?


Ready to cook "Gajar Ka Halwa...."















Ingredients Required:

  •  Carrot
  •   Sugar
  •   Milk
  •   Choti Elaichi
  •   Oil
  •   Cashew Nuts
  •   Soaked Raisins      

Steps To Follow:
  •       Grate Carrot in any of the graters you have.
  •       Add Some oil to your Frying pan and then cook grated Carrot in it for some time.
  •       Add half cup of milk to it and then cook it until the milk is fully absorbed.
  •       Thereon add Sugar to taste.
  •       Finally for garnishing, add grated Cashew nuts and soaked raisins to the dish.



Delicious Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to eat…
