Ready to cook Sangri ki sabji...
Ingredients Required:
- Sangri/ Ker sangri
- Vegetable Oil
- Garlic Paste
- Ginger Paste
- Green Chilly
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilly Powder
- Mango Powder (Amchoor powder)
- Salt
- Dry Coriander Powder
- Cumin seeds
- Raisins
- Soak dried sangri Overnight.
- Next morning, let it boil in pressure cooker, for 2 whistles.
- Thereon,pour vegetable oil in frying pan add cumin seeds to it.
- Now,open the cooker and remove water from sangri and let it dry for few(5-10) minutes..
- Now add Garlic paste to the oil and rest of the spices like Dry coriander powder, red chilli powder,salt,turmeric, dry mango powder and let the spices cooked properly until light brown in color .
- Now add ker sangri to it and saute.
- Let the vegetable get cooked properly for atleast 10 minutes.
