Ready to cook Chinese Fried Rice ...
Ingredients Required:
- Raw Rice ( 1 cup)
- Vegetable Oil ( 4 tablespoon)
- Garlic Paste ( 1 tablespoon)
- Green Chilly ( half tablespoon)
- Red Chilly Powder ( Pinch of)
- Vertically sliced Green chilli ( 2-3 in number)
- Finely chopped Onion
- Finely chopped Capsicum
- Finely chopped Carrot
- Finely chopped spring onions
- Salt
- Soya sauce
- Tomato Sauce
- Green chilli sauce
- Vinegar
- Agina Motto
- Let the rice boil in an open vessel.
- After the rice boils, pour left over water and let it dry.
- Meanwhile, take a fry pan and add vegetable oil to it.
- Then add finely chopped onion, capsicum, spring onions and carrot to it and saute for just 2-3 minutes.Do not over fry it.
- Now,add salt garlic paste, green chilli powder, sliced green chilli to it.
- After that add the rest of the sauce, like green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.Thereon, add vinegar and agina moto, which should be very little in quantity.
- Finally add Rice to it and saute.
- Serve it hot.
