Ready to cook "Rajma..."
Ingredients required:
- Rajma
- Salt
- Oil
- Garam masala
- Dhaniya powder
- Haldi
- Lal Mirch Powder
- Tejpatta
- Garlic Paste
- Ginger Paste
- Onion Paste
- Tomatoes
- Daalchini
Steps To Follow:
- Soak Rajma Overnight.
- Boil Rajma in a pressure cooker for 10 min.
- Take Oil in a Fry Pan,add some Cumin seeds and 1 Tejpatta into it.
- Then add Onion Paste into it a fry it until the paste is light brown.
- Make a paste of garam masala,garlic paste,ginger paste,dhaniya powder,lal mirch powder and haldi.
- Add this paste to your frying pan along with the onion which is now light brown.
- Fry it until the whole paste becomes dark brown in color.
- Now add some tomato puri into that paste and thereon add salt to taste.
- Now add Rajma into your mixture and fry it for few min.
- Then add water and let it boil for 15 min until the rajma is fully prepared.
You are ready with your delicious Rajma.....
