Ready to cook Sattu ka paratha....
Ingredients required:
- Wheat Flour
- Sattu (50 gm)
- Onion(4-5 medium size)
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Cumin
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Green Chili(1-2)
- Red Chilli Pickle
- Mustard Oil
- Carom seeds

- सरसों का तेल
- लाल मिर्च का अचार
- सत्तू (50 ग्राम)
- प्याज (4-5 मध्यम आकार)
- लहसुन
- अदरक
- जीरा
- नमक
- लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- हरी मिर्च (1-2)
- Cut Onion ( प्याज ), Garlic ( लहसुन ), Ginger ( अदरक ) into very small pieces.
- Take a bowl and add Sattu ( सत्तू ), Salt ( नमक ), and Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल) to it.
- Add Cumin ( जीरा ), Red Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ), Green Chili ( हरी मिर्च ), and Red Chilli Pickle ( लाल मिर्च का अचार ) to Sattu ( सत्तू ) and mix it again.
- Now add half cup of water to the mixture.Be careful do not add excess water to it as Sattu ( सत्तू ) does not absorb excess water.
- Now make a dough out of Flour ( गेहूं का आटा ).
- After you have made it,take small piece of it and make cup like structure out of it.
- Now fill that cup like structure with the above stuffs that you prepared.
- Seal(close) the open portion.
- Now flatten it slowly and make it 3 to 4 cm in diameter.
- Heat Tawa and put some oil to it and spread it all over the tawa.
- Put this flattened dough on tawa. Heat on one side and then overturn it.
- Put oil on both sides and heat it again for some time.
Note: Be careful do not add excess water to Sattu ( सत्तू ) as Sattu ( सत्तू ) does not absorb excess water.
